StackIndex is a comprehensive directory and ranking platform for developer tools, providing data-driven insights to help developers discover and evaluate software development tools. Public Data Sources: The data presented on StackIndex is aggregated from publicly available sources, primarily GitHub repositories, package registries, and other public APIs. This data remains subject to the original terms and conditions of those sources.

Permitted Use: You may access and use the data provided by StackIndex for personal, educational, and commercial purposes. You are free to reference our rankings and data in your own work, provided you include appropriate attribution to StackIndex.

Restrictions: You may not systematically download, scrape, or harvest data from StackIndex in bulk without our express written permission. Automated access must respect our robots.txt file and rate limits. You may not create a competing service that substantially replicates StackIndex using our aggregated data and rankings.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall StackIndex, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
